Alternative solution

Why can't black castle short on the second move.
Alternative solutions doesn't allow it?

To preserve the solution proposed

Put Rh8 on Rg8 in the original position to preserve the proposed solution, with the sacrifice of the Rook in the 5th move. Rg8 obviously dosn't allow castle. Otherwise, as pointed by bert17, "why can't black castle short on the second move?".
