doesnt make sense

thats a stupid puzzle. Would have been easier to use the queen to to h4 have the rook take it. Then take that rook with the white rook for checkmate.

for sure! stupid puzzle. a lot of easiest options like: you can just move the queen to d5 or e4 and ofer one rook!

…Rh6+ and white mates in twelve instead of two.

Qd5 Rh6+ is mate in 3, not two.
