problem with postponement/ to gameknot

when I clear my vacation flag, it doesnt cancel the postponement in a single game. So I have to do that in each game as well. The problem now is, if my opponent did postpone his games at the same time, I would cancel his postponement too, although he is still away. it means, that he will time out in the game although he did postpone his games. myself I avoid this, because I never cancel a postponement in a game, I always leave this to my opponent. this way there wont be any problem, but on the other side it cannot be the solution. yesterday one of my opponents did have this problem, he did cancel not only his postponement, but mine at once as well. fortunately it didnt have any consequences, because I was back sooner than I thought, but if not I would have timed out. I am sure that it will require a certain time to solve this problem, because it is a question of coding (e.g. creating the according flowchart, algorhithms, coding and compiling everything). but I really hope that you will find a solution, because the problem can really be annoying!

Which is why cancelling the vacation flag for your account does not automatically cancel the postponements for any of your games. Your opponents might already be counting on using the extra time. The solution is pretty simple -- do not cancel game postponements, even if you were the one who set them. However, if your opponent postponed their games as well, you wouldn't be able to cancel the postponement anyway, unless they already removed their vacation flag, or started making moves in their games.
