Suggestion: allow draw offer after conditional move
If a draw offer is sent with a move that triggers a conditional move set by the opponent, the draw offer is automatically declined. On the other hand, it is also not possible to send a draw offer if a previous draw offer has just been declined. This creates an edge case, where the opponent didn't see a draw offer, since the declining was automatic, and it is not possible to renew it. Therefore, I suggest that the "no immediate repeated draw offer" rule should not apply if the previous offer was declined automatically.

If your opponent had a conditional move set that was also triggered, they obviously have a winning strategy in mind, so they are unlikely to agree to a draw anyway. For any edge cases, you can also simply leave a game comment for your opponent stating your readiness to draw the game, and they'll respond with their own draw offer.
