 Expanding the co-captain option again!The main reason for the Platinum membership requirement for team captains and co-captains is to limit the number of teams created, so that we don't have hundreds of teams with just a couple of players in each. Also, to ensure that team captains/co-captains have a vested interest in maintaining active and functional teams. Not sure if this is current anymore , Teams seem to be stagnating due to a lack of input , Teams are playing less match's due to the effort of virtually one person and closing down or left with one player , Teams wouldn't be left with a couple of player's if a minimum active membership of a team was introduced Maintaining an active interest is what it's all about but if we only have a few large Teams that is hard for one or two people to continually create matchups If not enough people who pay premium are not interested in Teams will they die out The whole Team thing of play , chat , teaching etc does not seem as active as it did a couple of years ago GK fits all my requirements chess wise and I'd like it to stay that way |
