(For you surely know about the extra day on Saturdays and the Vacation and Emergency PostPonement circumstances.) And I guess it is strange to me as well, & hope you get some good answer(s). I mean, I can think of ways for the FBI to do this, I suppose (tho I know nothing about computers, as everyone knows; having just been informed that mine must be de-dusted inside ... Imagine that.) But they dont get to play GK at work do they!? ... and even a couple ways staffers could do this for someone ... which finally brings me to my only useful point ... it is possible there can be a case where someone has called-in/written etc, and asked to be put on PP manually by staff if they do this. Some sites do, & I wrote in once long ago for such. But that would seem unusual for repeats as you mention. And probably they do not do this anymore with the Emergency PP added.
