Two things

When you checkmate the thing, it sinks into an infinite think. (Start new game button not working)
Of course, everybody who wins will be wanting to export the PGN notation after the game has finished - not an unintelligible FEN string.

Another thing

I had trouble with it refusing to castle. I was not in check, and I am quite sure I was not placing
the king in check or moving through check, to do so. It would let me move the king to all other
adjacent squares, but not two squares towards the rook, for some reason.

There is something interesting though... played three games against this computer, and on game
#1 and game #3, the computer used the same moves and we actually played the same game!

Many bugs have been fixed, and several new features added, including the ability to play any opening from the Games DB (6 or less moves limit):
