Joe, deeper_insight, had many handler names including pandomium and tactical_abyss. Joe's been on and off of this site a lot. He's a romodel, inspiration, and teacher, and he's helped me learn over the years. I've been a member of GK for about 13 years, and over those years, Joe has helped me to improve. There are only 2 teachers on this site whose teaching style aligns with my style of learning, and Joe is one of them. In fact, I applied some of what I learned from Joe in some of my OTB tournament games. I know that he's in the middle of a 3 year world tour. But, when he was off, I sometimes, didn't hear from him for several months to a year, or even, a year and a half. However, he would then PM me and say that he's back. This time, however, he's been off for over 2 years, and I haven't heard anything from him. The tour probably has something to do with it since he was online in the middle of 2017. But, if I don't hear anything from Joe by June 2020, then I'll be concerned as that will be over 3 years.

Edit: I last checked when he was on and thought that it was in June of 2020 because of an update on another site. But, I looked back at other posts and figured out that he was last on in late April of 2018. So, anything can happen, I won't worry then until May of 2021.
