Black could've won if had played a move several moves earlier, and if he had taken the Q, first. Missing these opportunities is what costed him the game.

A lot of mistakes, sure, the exploitation of which could have been decisive. Both sides were presented with great winning chances. But this was a very complicated game, with all sorts of things happening. It is very easy to overlook even quite simple ideas or plans in a position that is so good (or bad) that almost any move looks as good (or bad!) as another.
goldmedal: keep playing games like this. Such games can only improve your tactical vision, and eliminate the 'one-mover' oversights.
