I think it was done to half pin your B. But, I don't know if you call it half pin because the term, from what ION told me, if I recall correctly, is a pin that doesn't lose material if you break it. However, I think that breaking the pin would be to whites benefit since his R appears more active then your Re1, but I don't know that at all. I just based it on how many more squares he can manoeuvre his R on now.

I thought that once the Q is out, it would then be considered developed since the R's would then see each other. So, this is another way that it happens which makes it very interesting.

This makes sense since, in contrast, I saw this already developed. From that, I think I figured out that development of one R means bringing closer to the other R.

But, I can see where that potential would be there.

So my guess is also that you probably want him to exchange your N for his B.

I'd probably miss it but would ask myself how, just like succeeding and yes I hate to say it but, keeping my job, I'd also be asking myself how I could get out of this situation, as well.
