Annotated by topazg (1717): Not a normal opening for me, but fairly standard looking development. This seems a bad exchange for black, as the g7 bishop seems to have no control any more. Now trying to build up a kingside attack whilst my pieces seem to have good positioning. Erm, yes, like I said, my kingside attack ... :S

The classical approach This turns out to be quite a good variation. Maybe time to check my openingsbook??? theory.. theory.. Now it seems like white can get some advantage.
