Nxc5??

Why does 1. ... Bxc2 force 2.Nxc5? Why not respond with 2.Qd2 and lose knight instead of Queen?

Is there a way?

On occasion one of the puzzles doesn't recognize an alternative solution, but this one is totally weird. Is there a way to have it taken down. I doubt anyone would come up with the stated solution.

I am a bit of a tactic addict here and agree with you guys.
Just makes no sense at all.
Never seen anything as poor as this one...

I am well over 10,000 puzzles completed and this one is the worst yet ... it's solution doesn't even come close to being the "best"

Totally agree finessedagain,

Even Breakerofwind replied IDK and he always corrects posters where he can.(Thanks Breaker)

Also as an obsevation that that I find.Certain 1400 tactics are so hard while some 1770 - 1800 ones can be so easy ?
