Why not Qe3?

When I ask the computer, it does
2. Qe3 Nxf3ch
3 Kh1 Ba3 etc.
No major problems for white for not sacrificing its queen.

I see Black winning a rook.

3.Kh1 Nxe1
4.Rxe1 Bd6

Losing a rook is better than losing the queen

So why would the puzzle have white lose its queen?

Maybe it thought it was better, somehow. If White tries to save both its rook and queen, it loses two pieces.

2.Rf1 Nxf3+
3.Kh1 Nd4
4.Qe1 Nxb5
