Because she has no squares where to go without be captured,so it's better capturing the rook

No. She can kill the white bishop.

Why doesn't Black Queen take White Bishop?

Sorry, I don't understand why the black queen just doesn't take the white bishop. I can't see any down side to doing that

Oh wait, I get it now.

Sorry again. I just worked through what would happen if the black queen took white bishop and you're right - checkmate in four moves. I couldn't see that far ahead.
